We are predominantly an online business and do not have a furniture showroom as such.

If you’re near our Castlemaine workshop you’re welcome to get in touch to have a chat and see the products being made. 

We can post material samples or email high-quality images to help you make an informed purchase. If you have any questions at all, please get in touch with our team via online chat, email or phone and we’ll do our very best to help you.

We offer a 30-day return policy so if you don’t love your purchase let us know and we will organise a full refund.

Yes. If there will not be someone at the delivery address to sign for delivery, please provide instructions on where your order can be left safely in the "Special instructions" field in the checkout.

Unless we contact you to notify you otherwise, your order will be ready for pick up as per the lead time indicated on the product page. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email notification. The email includes a link to schedule a pick up appointment for Kensington pick ups.

Standard products are priced based on the efficiency of producing them in batches. As with a lot of things, cost per unit typically reduces when making multiples of the same thing. This is due to a number of factors including design, programming, sourcing materials and setting up. Not only can we not get the same economy of scale with one-off items, we also need to take design time into account.

Product care

It really depends on the product, what you are going to use it for and your personal preference. 

We recommend choosing the sealed options for the following reasons:

- Unsealed plywood is more susceptible to moisture and staining, especially in high-moisture areas such as kitchens or bathrooms
- Sealed plywood is easier to clean
- Sealing the edges and surface offers an extra layer of protection for the plywood and will extend the life of your product
- Sealing can help prevent discolouration over time and can enhance the material giving it a more aesthetic look

To keep costs down, some of our products are available unsealed as raw, sanded timber. In some applications, no further finishing is required, particularly if you are comfortable with cleaning any marks with some fine sandpaper (180 grit).
