KittaParts is our modular shelving system built around precision-threaded timber dowels and CNC-machined plywood shelves. We’re inviting a small number of capable makers to manufacture KittaParts locally under licence using our benchtop dowel threader (Pencil Sharpener v2) and your flatbed CNC.
What you’ll need (minimum):

Flatbed CNC 1200 × 2400 mm+, vacuum hold-down, decent-horsepower spindle

Pencil Sharpener v2 (110–240 V) - we supply this!

Spray booth for water-based clear, dust extraction, compressed air

3D printer (FDM) for small accessories

Reliable supply of 15 mm ply and 35 mm dowel
How sales can work:

Local checkout: you take the sale locally and pay an agreed licence/royalty, or

LB checkout: customers buy on our site and orders are routed to you
We’ll pilot the option that best fits your market.
What you get: our bench-top machine, files and SOPs, QC gauges, brand assets, onboarding and support.
